We’ll begin with a CEO embodiment exercise. What is your WHY? And, what is the life you envision for yourself in 10 years. I’ll help you reverse engineer that vision, and ensure you get there with balance & flow. I’ll give you some tools to do some visioning exercises at home, so you can become a MAGNET for your deepest biz desires.

Next, we’ll dive into team structure, org chart, and my tips for hiring and scaling. From there, we’ll review your services & deliverables, pricing breakdown, sales, marketing, and referral partnerships. The intention here is creating a streamlined, scalable & efficient foundation.

I’ll then perform an audit of your brand, website and social channels to ensure they're all reflective of the quality of clients you want to attract. It’s all about increasing the perceived value of your business, so we can raise your prices and attract more qualified leads.

Next up is a systems and automations deep dive with my agency’s very own Operations Director. She’ll share our internal templates, workflows, and forms, while coaching you on how to infuse them into your business. You will go throug your entire client journey and she’ll support you in automating and streamlining as much as possible.

If you choose the in-person option, I’ll create custom routines for you to enhance your energy & vitality, which you can take home and begin practicing. During our session together, we’ll do my favorite energy and bio hacks, embodiment exercises and practical tools you can utilize to be an incredible leader.
