Fun is at the core of who I am and it radiates out into every
direction of my life, especially my work in Quantum Energy Healing.
Arriving here
has been a trip!
Some 8 years ago, I was working a corporate job and suffering from
anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalance, and gut issues. (aka—the
universe telling me to get out). So, I went on a deep dive into the
realm of holistic healing. I studied and set up my private practice in
various modalities like personal training, yoga, holistic nutrition, health
coaching, with a focus on gut and hormonal health, and herbalism.
What I came to know was
that my
emotional and
energetic blockages
created
from trauma were preventing
me from truly healing.
My own wounding from childhood sexual trauma
was the root of many
of my physical manifestations.
I then embarked on a 3 year journey in
a program
called Advanced Psychosomatic Character Therapy.
My studies have given me context to the energetic
gifts that I have had
since childhood. I can look at
someone and see traumas, character
adaptations,
and behaviors that aren’t in line with the soul.
What I do, in collaboration
with you, is move into the root
causes to gently untangle
these energetic blockages so
you may truly heal.
In this process I also help you identify the physical
ailments you
suffer from, and I partner with an
incredible and trusted referral
team in order for
your multidimensional healing to really begin.
All of this work is
rooted in Play
I believe this is the most effective way
to meet these parts of ourselves. This
process is FILLED WITH JOY.
By going into these dark spaces we open and ease them with love, light,
and humour. Because laughter brings expansion, not fearing the darkness
brings joy, and coming at it with a light presence brings transformation.
